7. Termination and Cancellation Either party can terminate the subscription with proper notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to download your data before deletion.
8. Intellectual Property We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the Services. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a license to process it to provide the Services.
9. Liability and Warranty Disclaimer Services are provided “as-is”. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to fees paid within the preceding 12 months.
10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the Services, breach of this Agreement, or violation of applicable laws.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions
Governing Law: Belgian law, with jurisdiction in Antwerp, Belgium.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved under Belgian law.
Notices: Legal notices must be sent to our official address or emails provided.
Assignment: Neither party may assign this agreement without consent, except in cases of merger or acquisition.
13. Amendments and Updates We reserve the right to update this Agreement by posting revised terms on our website. Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of changes.

Customer Data: Information you provide or generate using our Services.
Confidential Information: Any non-public data exchanged between parties.
