These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of GenRank.io (“Services”).
1. Acceptance and Authority By accessing or using the Services, you confirm you have reviewed and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities You must register with accurate information to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials and agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
3. Service Usage and Access Subscriptions are required for each user accessing the Services. You are responsible for the actions of your users and must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Confidentiality and Data Protection Both parties must protect confidential information with reasonable care. We maintain security measures to protect your data according to our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use You must not use our Services to distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content, including but not limited to sexually explicit, racist, or violent materials.
6. Subscription, Fees, and Payments Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance, as specified on the pricing page. Payments must be made via valid credit card or other approved payment methods. Unpaid fees may result in suspension of services.
7. Termination and Cancellation Either party can terminate the subscription with proper notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to download your data before deletion.
8. Intellectual Property We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the Services. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a license to process it to provide the Services.
9. Liability and Warranty Disclaimer Services are provided “as-is”. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to fees paid within the preceding 12 months.
10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the Services, breach of this Agreement, or violation of applicable laws.
11. Third-Party Integrations Use of third-party services integrated with our platform is subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for any third-party interactions or data handling.
12. Miscellaneous Provisions
Governing Law: Belgian law, with jurisdiction in Antwerp, Belgium.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved under Belgian law.
Notices: Legal notices must be sent to our official address or emails provided.
Assignment: Neither party may assign this agreement without consent, except in cases of merger or acquisition.
13. Amendments and Updates We reserve the right to update this Agreement by posting revised terms on our website. Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of changes.
14. Definitions
Services: The GenRank.io platform and associated offerings.
Customer Data: Information you provide or generate using our Services.
Confidential Information: Any non-public data exchanged between parties.
The Free plan is intended for individual evaluation and non-commercial testing of GenRank.
Each brand, domain, or organization may be associated with one (1) Free account and is limited to a maximum of ten (10) tracked prompts in total.
Creating, maintaining, or using multiple Free accounts to track the same brand, domain, or organization—whether by the same individual or by multiple individuals acting on behalf of the same entity—for the purpose of circumventing Free plan limitations is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses
Splitting prompts across accounts for the same brand or domain
Using separate accounts to aggregate data for a single brand or organization
GenRank reserves the right to detect, investigate, and enforce Free plan limitations using technical, behavioral, and contextual signals.
In cases of suspected or confirmed abuse, GenRank may, at its sole discretion:
Restrict or suspend affected Free accounts
Merge or invalidate tracked data
Require an upgrade to a paid plan
Terminate accounts that repeatedly or intentionally violate these terms
If your use case requires tracking more than ten (10) prompts for a single brand, upgrading to a paid plan is required.
EU Dispute Resolution: Consumers can file complaints at the EU’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
